1. Zeitgeist Hackfest 2012

A Coruña, 30 July - 1 August 2012

The Zeitgeist hackfest 2012 will be a workshop during the last 3 days of GUADEC. The hackfest will bring together the Zeitgeist developers to finalize the release of Zeitgeist modules in preparation for the GNOME 3.6 release as well as plan upcoming integration for the GNOME 3.8 release.

1.1. Provisional Schedule

Day 1

Discuss and evaluate outstanding issues for the zeitgeist 0.9.x release (to be delivered with GNOME)
Try to discuss integration with GNOME Shell search results sorting, with GNOME Shell developers.
Discuss logging of GNOME Documents events.

Day 2

Update GNOME modules with Zeitgeist dependencies or plug-ins to use libzeitgeist2
Finish on Yelp integration (sorting search results)

Day 3

Release zeitgeist 0.9.x
Release libzeitgeist2
Discuss and evaluate upcoming features and improvements for Zeitgeist
