GNOME.Asia Summit 2023 Update
- Kristi talked with Melissa about sponsorship prospectus and she will have more feedback for this.
- Local team haven't received any feedbacks from Melissa about sponsorship prospectus. they will need to finalize it as soon as possible as they plan to approach sponsors from Sunday.
- Kristi read the budget plan and think it looks good, we can remove the lunch and dinner as we do not offer those. Also the travel budget is set up by the foundation so those numbers we will now better later.
- Venue provider will arrange coffee/tea and snacks according to the deal arranged by local team.
