Here is some basic admin setup that you and your team will need to do before you can start organising:

• Subscribe to the mailing lists and join IRC

• Take ownership of the @guadec Twitter account

• File a bug for <year>.guadec.org to be created

• Talk to the Engagement Team to make sure
• Ensure that the Foundation Board has assigned a board member as a contact point for you
