Schedule and BoFs
Birds of a feather sessions (also known as BoFs) are sessions that any attendee can organise on a topic of their choosing. To organise a BoF, just add it to the schedule below and create a wiki page below this one, based on the BoF template.
It isn't always necessary to schedule a BoF in order to have a session on a topic. In addition to bookable BoFs spaces, there will also be a large open space for general hacking and ad hoc activities. There will also be opportunities to advertise activities that are happening on the day.
Unless otherwise stated, morning sessions start at 9:30 and afternoon sessions start at 13:30.

Facilities
The shed space is comprised of:
The work space - this is a flexible space that we can rearrange as we want. There is enough space for 2-5 tables, depending on how large we want them to be. There are power sockets suspended from the ceiling that can be pulled down.
- Three "hack caves" - open booths that are off the main space. Each contains a table and has room for a maximum of about 10 people.
"Lovelace" - known as the research space - a room that's separated from the main space by a glass wall.
"Babbage" - known as the teaching space - a separate large room on the ground floor, with tables and chairs that can be arranged as we want.
Mezzanine - an informal area that's used as a breakout/lunch space. It's above the main space and has a small kitchen, seating, table football. This space is being used by a Masters project.
Equipment that's available:
- 3/4 mobile whiteboards
- There's plenty of glass around that we can use whiteboard markers on
- At least one big mobile TV (hasn't been confirmed that we can use this)
- Power strips
