Reserve the bar (I will do it this afternoon or tommorow) Once the bar is confirmed:

• Announce it on the wiki [done]
• Make a post on p.g.o

• Create flyers (last year flyer)

It would also be useful to give some info about the night buses, they were useful last time.

On the day itself:

• Print arrows and flyers
• Distribute flyer (leave some at the Gnome Booth)
• Maybe ask to announce it on the devroom opening talk?
• Put arrow on the path (where they useful last year?)
• Drink a lot of beer without being pathetic
