System-wide spell checking and spelling suggestions.

Goals

• On screen keyboard - provide word suggestions for quicker entry
• Highlight misspelled words
• Provide spelling suggestions for misspelled words
• Settings for enabling/disabling spell checking and suggestions
• Spell checking dictionary:
  • Add words
  • Review added words and remove them
• Review misspelled words in a document
• Preferences? Check more than one language simultaneously? Add/remove languages?

It would be good to have a shared dictionary that's used by the on screen keyboard and for spell checking elsewhere.

Explicit spell check can be useful for long documents, but isn't great elsewhere.
