Better icons needed for Psppire

The Psppire project http://gnu.org/software/pspp needs someone to take ownership of the icons and artistic aspects of the user interface.

In particular, aspects which need improvement include:

* A desktop icon for the PSPP program itself.

* An icon for .sps, .por, and .sav/.sys files.

* Toolbar and application icons at various sizes: 16x16, 22x22, 24x24, 32x32, 64x64, and ideally high-contrast black-and-white and .svg.

* Some additional custom icons for planned upcoming features.
