"Under Construction" Metacity theme based on Clearlooks

I am going to propose to modify Clearlooks for testing purposes of applications. This means using a dark color scheme, and highlighting deprecated widgets. However, if done, it is important that it is clear the theme is for testing purpose, and that everything is going to be reverted for the first release candidat of GNOME 2.26.
