Plugins

If your program is being written in either c or vala, then it should be relatively easy to help the developer get started with lib peas for plugins.

We could take care of generating a folder called plugins in the app directory. To add a new plugin, you would right click on plugins in the tree view and select new plugin. It would ask you a few questions like name, language, description and icon.
