Implementation Notes

A prototype has been implemented in Builder, but without any design work behind it. We need to spend some time really focusing on the design of this.

To activate the preview in a markdown file, use <Control><Alt>p to bring up a split window with preview.

Goals

• Allow designers and editors who need to write HTML or markdown files to edit things on the fly.
• Tweak the format of the source editor for Markdown by using pango tab arrays.
