Bugzilla User Guidelines
A design space for creating more prominent and effective guidelines for using Bugzilla.
This will probably need to be moved somewhere else if it goes anywhere.
1. Goals
- Prompt people to provide high quality bug reports and comments.
- Provide a clear framework for how Bugzilla works.
- Ensure that Bugzilla users have realistic expectations.
- Promote good behaviour and prevent bad behaviour.
- Be quick to read and easy to remember.
1.1. Non-goals
- Not a guide for triagers, maintainers or administrators.
